- Jerk seasoning
- Roasted Red Pepper Humous (Optional)
- Season the aubergine (season recipe here)
- Heat frying pan till hot, cook the halloumi & aubergine till almost crispy
- After 5 minutes or when starts to sizzle,divide pn in two, place jerk aubergine to the opposite side. Cook till both brown and crispy
- Cut lettuce, red onion, and tomatoes and place into the wrap
- Once cooked top the salad and serve wraps. Voila!
- - Optional - Spiced Mango sauce
- Mix, 1 teaspoon of sugar, half a mango, 2 teaspoons of jerk seasoning, chilli cook for 5-10 minutes.
